Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to your appointment date for any reason, you will be charged a cancellation fee (100% of your appointment fee).​

• If you have purchased a multi-session package and then cancel after attending one or more sessions and still have sessions remaining, you will be refunded part of the multi-session fee. However, the sessions used will be charged at the single session fee (not at the multi-session fee), ​​​

• An administration fee will apply to any refunds
